Due to the unique, handmade nature of our crystal jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. We take great care in crafting each piece, and we want to ensure that you receive a one-of-a-kind treasure. Handmade pieces have inherent variations.

Damaged Product Policy

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Requirements for Damaged Product Returns:

1.⁠ ⁠Notification within 24 hours of delivery

2.⁠ ⁠Photos of damaged product

3.⁠ ⁠Original packaging and accessories included

Refund Process:

If we approve the return due to damage, we'll issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
