Damaged Product Policy
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Requirements for Damaged Product Returns:
1. Notification within 24 hours of delivery
2. Photos of damaged product
3. Original packaging and accessories included
Refund Process:
If we approve the return due to damage, we'll issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Sizing issues (please ensure accurate measurements)
• Change of heart or preference
• Normal wear and tear
• Alterations or modifications made by customer
